Leave all towels and bed linens in the tall white linen basket

Please do not remove the zipped pillow covers or mattress covers

Put all dishes in the dishwasher and turn the dishwasher on.

Take out all trash (trash chute next to the elevator).

Turn off all lights.

Ensure all doors/windows are locked.

Please close all blinds to keep the condo out of direct sun.

Linens and towels included with your reservation

There is full access to the storage closet located in the parking garage right below us- closet 2F (passcode 1478) Help yourself to any of the items in the storage closet. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, a beach cart etc. Please treat the use of these items as if they were your own. Please be sure to collect everything and shake all sand off after each use and return to the closet just as you found it.

There is an outdoor shower just to the left outside of the parking garage. Please be sure to rinse yourselves of sand, and shake off of towels, beach blankets, and sandy clothes or suits. Please refrain from rinsing sand off in our shower or filling the washing machine with sandy clothes/towels etc.

Please do not hang towels over the balcony, as this is against HOA rules.
